This photographic series explores the experience of carrying cultural identity across distance and displacement. The work combines performance, traditional Palestinian dress, embroidery, and symbolic gestures to reflect on memory, belonging, and cultural inheritance. Through the recurring motif of an embroidered mask, the series examines identity as something both preserved and continuously reconstructed, revealing the complex relationship between personal experience, collective memory, and the responsibility of carrying culture across generations.
